Chuck  began his career working in production and hyping up hopeful contestants on CBS’ The Price is Right with Bob Barker. His infectious personality and energy have enabled Chuck to become one of the top network television audience warm-up hosts in the country. He’s opened for such shows as Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, The Masked Singer, America's Got Talent and The Voice. He served as host of a reality cooking show “Battle of the Chefs” on the Chef Life Network and has been an on-air correspondent for Lucasfilm for the two most recent Star Wars Celebrations. Along with a very busy television schedule, Chuck can be found working with hundreds of nonprofits and organizations across the country as an MC and a benefit charity auctioneer, using energy and skill to bark out bids and raise millions of dollars yearly for organizations like Dunkin Donuts’ Joy Foundation, Stand Up to Cancer, American Cancer Society, and countless philanthropic causes.

Laura J. Kimberly Posada, MSN, BSN, NP-C, CNS is an oncology nurse practitioner at the Comprehensive Breast Health Center at UC San Diego Health. She has worked in oncology for more than 24 years, with expertise in breast cancer outpatient treatment, symptom management, DCIS, and survivorship. She earned her dual Master of Science in Nursing degree as an Oncology Advanced Practice Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington. Stephany Rodriguez is a Nurse Practitioner in the department of Hematology Oncology Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy at UCSF.  She has been working with patients with blood cancers for almost 25 years.  She is particularly dedicated to the care of patients with leukemias and those undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant.  She is also passionate about RN and APP education.  She is the director of UCSF’s Cancer Services APP fellowship for newly graduated APPs.

Oncology nurses play a pivotal role in managing relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), where disease progression is shaped by biologic complexity, treatment resistance, and disparities in access to care. As frontline providers, nurses have helped guide the use of modern standards of care, including bispecific antibodies and CAR T-cell therapy, and are now poised to incorporate emerging therapies—such as cereblon E3 ligase modulators (CELMoDs)—as the latest immune-stimulating option.

This NCPD-certified presentation is designed to equip nurses with practical insights on integrating CELMoDs into RRMM care. Through expert-led discussions, participants will strengthen their ability to educate patients, support shared decision-making, and address real-world dosing, safety, and therapy delivery considerations. Shannon Langmead is an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Clinic Coordinator for The Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Neurofibromatosis Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Langmead completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania and Villa Julie College in Stevenson, Maryland where she received a BA in Spanish and BS in Nursing. She worked as a bedside nurse in Neurology and Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland for 8 years before completing her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and joining the Johns Hopkins Neurofibromatosis team. Ms. Langmead has also worked as Part-time Clinical Faculty for Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and volunteered with Brainy Camps. She is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Langmead evaluates and manages patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and schwannomatosis. Special interests include pain management and developing social support networks for patients.

1. Integrate NF1 diagnostic and oncologic monitoring guidelines to support early recognition of NF1-PNs and informed treatment decision-making discussions with patients
2. Incorporate MEK inhibitors in the management of NF1-PNs in adult and pediatric patients by supporting evidence-based monitoring, safety management, and clinician-led treatment decision-making

Teresa Knoop is an Assistant Director of the Clinical Trials Shared Resource at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville, TN. She graduated from Murray State University in Murray,KY with a BSN and earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Teresa is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse through the Oncology Nursing Society and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional through the Society of Clinical Research Associates. She has published articles in nursing journals and speaks frequently on the topics of molecularly targeted cancer therapies and cancer clinical trials.

Michael Mauro is Attending Physician, Professor of Medicine, Director, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Program, and Member, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, in New York City. After receiving his BS and MD from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire, he completed both residency and fellowship training at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College in Manhattan. Before joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, Dr. Mauro was on the faculty of Oregon Health and Sciences University for 13
years, where he directed the CML clinical trial program and was involved in the early development and sentinel clinical studies of ABL kinase inhibitors for CML. Dr. Mauro’s clinical expertise is in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) as well as other myeloproliferative disorders, including myelofibrosis, polycythemia, and thrombocytosis as well as less common conditions such as eosinophilic and mast cell disorders. His research interests are development of novel agents for CML, increasing the option of treatment free remission
(TFR) / functional cure in CML and identification and management of tyrosine kinase inhibitor related adverse events, specifically cardiovascular events. He holds positions on the boards of the International CML Foundation, the MAX Foundation, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Karen Reckamp, MD, FASCO, is the Director of the Division of Medical Oncology and a Professor in the Department of Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In addition, she serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Research at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute. Dr. Reckamp specializes in the treatment of lung cancer, with research focusing on biomarker discovery and targeted therapy development. She leads phase 1, 2, and 3 trials evaluating novel treatment approaches in thoracic oncology.

• Describe the role of HER2 alterations in NSCLC and the distinctions among HER2 mutation, amplification, and overexpression
• Differentiate HER2-targeted therapy classes by mechanism, administration, and toxicity patterns relevant to nursing care of patients with NSCLC
